Refund and Return Policy
At Qz Capelli, we uphold the highest standards of hygiene, exclusivity, and quality. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Clients may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving their order. If approved, the return will be eligible only for store credit. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging , resalable condition, exactly as received. This means the hair must not have been washed, styled, worn, cut, dyed, bleached, altered, or manipulated in any way. All original tags and seals must remain fully intact.
Please note that the use of non-recommended products, chemical services (including coloring, bleaching, perming), rinsing, cutting, removing hair from the weft, or any other form of processing immediately voids eligibility for any form of compensation, where applicable.
